1. Operator and scope

MECMISR AI Video is operated by MECMISR, also known as Misr for Engineering and Contractors & AI, Cairo, Egypt. This policy applies to our website, Studio, AI writing tools, media-processing functions and connected TikTok workflow.

2. Information we process

• Text, prompts, descriptions, instructions and language preferences you provide.
• Images, videos, audio or music selected for processing.
• Generated scripts, translations, scene plans, captions and rendered media.
• Basic technical logs such as request time, error details, browser type and IP-related security data.
• TikTok authorization information, which may include a TikTok account identifier, display name, avatar, authorized scopes and access or refresh tokens needed for the connection you approve.

We ask users not to upload confidential, unlawful or unnecessary personal information.

3. How information is used

• Provide general AI-assisted video planning and media creation.
• Generate, enhance, restore or translate user-requested text.
• Process selected images, video and music and create requested output files.
• Authenticate the TikTok account authorized by the user.
• Transfer a selected completed video to TikTok as a Draft only after user action.
• Prevent duplicate transfers, investigate failures and protect the service.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Private local AI processing

Text submitted to the AI writing features is processed using MECMISR-controlled private local AI infrastructure. It is used to produce the response requested by the user and is not automatically published.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable or inconsistent. Users must review all output before relying on it, incorporating it into professional work or publishing it.

5. Media processing, music and retention

Selected images, video, audio and music are processed to produce the requested media. Temporary working files are deleted automatically after processing or during scheduled cleanup, except where short retention is reasonably required for delivery, security, error diagnosis, backup recovery or legal compliance.

The service is not permanent file storage. Users should retain their own copies. Users must upload only music and media they own or are licensed or otherwise authorized to use.

6. TikTok Login and Draft transfer

TikTok Login Kit uses authorization granted by the TikTok account holder. We access only the permissions approved through the authorization screen and required for the enabled workflow.

MECMISR AI Video does not automatically publish content. When the user selects the transfer action, the chosen video is uploaded to TikTok as a Draft. The user must open TikTok, review or edit the Draft and personally complete publication.

Users may revoke application access through their TikTok account settings. Revocation may stop connected features but does not automatically remove content already transferred to TikTok.

7. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell user content or TikTok authorization data.

Information may be disclosed only:

• To TikTok when the user authorizes login or initiates a Draft transfer.
• To infrastructure providers strictly as needed to operate and secure the service.
• When required by law, court order or a valid governmental request.
• To investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents or violations of our Terms.
• During a lawful business restructuring with appropriate safeguards.

8. Security

We use access controls, restricted server permissions, HTTPS, operational monitoring and reasonable technical safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for protecting their own devices and account credentials.

9. User rights and requests

Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction or deletion of information held by MECMISR, object to certain processing or ask questions about this policy. Verification may be required before completing a request.

10. Children

The service is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children. Do not use the service if you do not meet the minimum age required by applicable law or the connected platform.

11. International processing

MECMISR operates from Egypt. TikTok and other necessary service providers may process information in other jurisdictions under their own terms and privacy practices.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The updated policy will be published at this URL with a revised date.
